“Family Night” at The Huether Family Aquatics Center
Join us Wednesday evenings in mid-June through mid-August for Family Night fun at The Huether Family Aquatics Center. Enjoy our special discounted family night rates of $4 for non-members from 5-7:30pm every family night. Have fun in the pool while your family participates in the many family night entertainment options. Music, dancing, games, prizes, contests, and more! Mark your calendars for Wednesday evenings this summer and come join us for some “SPLASHTACULAR” fun!

Music at the Meridian
Come chill out on Thursday nights in Riverside Park with live music, art, food, beverages and a breathtaking view of the mighty Mo'. Music at the Meridian features a local opener and then a headliner music group from all over the country, continent and globe! Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets for seating. Concert events are family friendly and FREE to the general public.

City of Yankton All-American 4th of July Celebration
Celebrate Independence Day with the City of Yankton. Join us for multiple events that span the entire day. Enjoy a variety of family friendly and FREE events taking place in Riverside Park. The Huether Aquatics Center will also be hosting our Star-Spangled Swim with discounted day rates, games, and fun from 11:30-5pm. The evening will consist of two concert events, food vendors, Ben's Brewing, and the region's largest fireworks show, displayed on off the upper deck of the Meridian Bridge. Holiday Festival of Lights
Join us as we usher in the holiday season when thousands of lights will illuminate the Meridian District with the annual Holiday Festival of Lights Parade and downtown activities. Afterwards, head to the Capitol Building for the official tree lighting of Yankton's Christmas Tree, and lighting of Riverside Park. Enjoy FREE hot chocolate and fireworks to celebrate the evening! Meridian Bridge Turkey Trot
The annual fun 5k run, walk, or trot is for families and the community to get out on the bridge, run, jog or walk and be thankful for whatever it is that has brought you joy this year. Proceeds will benefit the Yankton Contact Center.

Holiday Jam with the Hegg Brothers
Holiday Jam with the Hegg Brothers is returning to Yankton to bring fresh takes on holiday classics old and new. Holiday Jam featuring the Hegg Brothers is a musical showcase featuring the talents of a multi-piece band playing holiday classics as well as contemporary new arrangements in the signature lush and rhythmic horn band sound of Jeremy and Jon Hegg.
