First time user? Signing up is quick and easy. Here's how to get started:

  1. Click the "Pay My Bill" button on the home page or "Login" icon
  2. Select "Create your account" at the bottom of the portal homepage
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Verify your email address through a confirmation message sent to your inbox
  5. Link your new account to your utility account 
    1.  Using your name or last billed utility amount
    2. Using your City Account Number
      • Your account number can be found at the top right of your city utility bill
      • Do not enter a zero (0) if that is the first digit of your account number
  6. Once logged in, update your profile by clicking your email in the top right corner
    1. In profile, add your cell phone and opt in to receive text messages
    2. In utility profile, enroll in paperless billing
    3. In wallet, save your payment information for future online payments 
      • any monetary transactions through the portal will incur a processing fee
      • if your City utility bill says "autopay" but your portal wallet is empty, then you are signed up for the City's automatic bank draft (see below)

Residents who need help registering can stop by City Hall during business hours.  Staff members are available to assist with account setup. 

Free Autopay:

CITY AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT

 By signing up for this option, you authorize the City to electronically draft/pull your utility payment from your bank on the 9th of each month.  Once you sign up, the City takes care of the rest until written notice to cancel is received.  There is no fee.

Download a fillable pdf form and return to the Finance Office with a voided check.

Your Direct Payment form must be submitted at least ten (10) days before your current bill is due.  If received after the 1st, you will need to pay your bill by mail, in person, or via the Community Portal.

PLEASE NOTE: Your utility payment will be applied the first business day prior to the 10th of the month.  If the 10th is a Sunday or Monday, then your payment will be withdrawn from your bank on Friday.  This date is not flexible.  To arrange an autopay on a different day, you will need to cancel your automatic bank draft & sign up on the Community Connect portal (fees apply).
