Chan Gurney Municipal Airport - Disadvantage Business Enterprise Program

The City of Yankton hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 1.7% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The City of Yankton estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 1.7%, it will obtain 0.0% from RN participation and 1.7% through RC measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2026 through 2028. A teleconference will be held July 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. central standard time for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.
