Preschool story time introduces 2-6 year olds to books and reading through songs, stories, finger plays, crafts and movies. Story time generally meets in the meeting room of the library. Parents/caregivers need to stay in the room with the child.

Story time, which lasts approximately 30-45 minutes, is an excellent opportunity to introduce children to the library and to the joy of reading. It is a great way to enjoy read-aloud stories, sing old and new songs, discover new books and meet new friends!
