Library Board of Trustees
Composed of five Mayoral/City Commission-appointed positions, the Yankton Library Board of Trustees is a volunteer governmental body. Board members must live within the Yankton city limits. One member is a City Commission representative and another is a County Commission representative. Currently, Yankton County maintains a Contract for Library Services, and Board representation is desirable. Board appointments are for a term of three years.
