2010 Recycling Schedule
City of Yankton Street Department
The program will follow an “every other” week recycling collection schedule. The City of Yankton would also like to eliminate some of the confusion associated with solid waste and recyclable collection around the holiday season. A postcard will be mailed to customers in late December for the holiday collection schedule of solid waste and recyclables. The postcard provides customers with information pertaining to the collection of recyclables and solid waste during the various holidays throughout the year. Customers should keep the postcard schedule located in a convenient location for reference throughout the year. The Finance Department will also have 2010 recycling calendars available for customers.

The Solid Waste and Recycling Department allows two 33-gallon trash containers.
