The Yankton Citizens Police Academy is for citizenpolice_citizen_academys of all backgrounds and occupations. This program is offered as a public service and free of charge. The CPA is a part of our ongoing efforts to develop citizen awareness and public understanding of law enforcement.

To graduate, applicants must attend all 8 classes. Therefore, prior to applying, please determine whether or not you can attend the minimum number of classes for graduation.
