Pay with Payment Services Network (PSN)***
***By Paying with any of the options provided by PSN (online payment - checking / savings / credit card, phone payment or by smartphone or tablet) a FEE will be charged.
- A $1.00 fee is charged for checking / savings payments;
- A fee of 2.75% of the total payment is charged for credit / debit card payments;
- Plus an additional fee of $.50 if a payment is less than $100.
For example if your utility bill is $60.00 and you choose to pay online via credit card. The total payment charged to your credit card would be $60.00 x 2.75% + a $.50 fee = $62.15.
Pay Online (PSN)
The first time you will register; after that, payments are an easy 3-step process.
View Bill (PSN) No Fee
You can view your bill online at any time from any location. You are not required to pay your bill online to view your bill. The first time you will register; after that, viewing your bill is a simple process.
Go Paperless (PSN)
You can easily opt out of receiving a paper bill. You will need to register to select the paperless option. It may be up to two billing cycles for the change to take effect.
Pay by Smartphone or Tablet (PSN)
Download the "PSN Payments" from the App Store or Google Play.
TIP: Go online to create your payer profile before you use the app.
Pay by Phone (PSN)
Call toll-free 877-885-7968. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.
We use Payment Service Network (PSN) to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highlest level required by the credit card industry.

Pay Automatically with Direct Payments - FREE
This method automatically pays your utility bill directly from your bank account without the use of paper checks. Your payment is automatically deducted from your account on the 9th of each month (or the last working day prior to the 10th of each month).
You can sign up by completing this form and returning to the finance office with either a voided check or a payment from the account you wish to use. The authorization must be received three (3) weeks prior to the normal billing period to be implemented on that billing.
You may cancel or change your direct payment at any time by notifying the City in writing or in person at least two (2) weeks prior to your next billing.
