Consideration of Memorandum #10-90 regarding setting CIP Budget workshop meeting dates on June 21st, 23rd, & 24th, if necessary
3. Establishing public hearing for sale of alcoholic beverages
Establish June 28, 2010, as the date for the public hearing on the request for a Special Events Retail (on-sale) Malt Beverage and a Special Retail (on-sale) Wine Dealers License for one day, October 22, 2010, from Avera Sacred Heart Health Services (Kelly Kathol, Director), such event to be held at Pavilion Surgery Center, Floors 1st & 2nd on ASHH Campus, Yankton, S.D.
4. Permission for Alcoholic Beverages
Consideration of a request from Lori Bame to carry in and serve alcoholic beverages at the Dakota Territorial Capitol Building for a family reunion on July 24, 2010

Consideration of Memorandum #10-84 regarding the applications for renewal of Malt Beverage Licenses for the 2010-11 licensing period
2. Public hearing for new Malt Beverage & SD Farm Wine license
Consideration of Memorandum #10-85 regarding the request for a New Package (off sale) Malt Beverage & SD Farm Wine License for July 1, 2010, to June 30, 2011, from JoDean Corp, dba JoDeans Steakhouse, (John Nielsen, President), 2809 Broadway St, Yankton, S.D.
3. Public hearing – Wind Energy Conversion System
Consideration of Memorandum #10-91 regarding the public hearing to consider Ordinance 930, the creation of the referenced sections of Zoning Ordinance No 711, making Wind Energy Conversion Systems a Conditional Use in the B-2 Highway Business District, Industrial Districts and certain new residential areas when established as a Community Unit Plan; and establishing regulations for the same
4. Public hearing – Wind Energy Conversion System (ETJ)
Consideration of Memorandum #10-92 regarding the public hearing to consider Ordinance 931, the creation of the referenced section of Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Zoning Ordinance No 797, making Wind Energy Conversion Systems a Conditional Use in the B-2 Highway Business District and Industrial District; and establishing regulations for the same
5. Public hearing for change in boundaries
Consideration of Memorandum #10-86 regarding the transfer of location of a Retail (on-sale) Liquor License for January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010, from WR Capital I, LLC, d/b/a Minerva’s Grill & Bar, 1607 E Hwy 50, Suite A, to same licensee but expanding the licensed area to property lines to hold special events, Yankton, South Dakota.
