PUBLIC HEARING

SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING

            A Special Meeting of the Board of City Commissioners shall be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 12:00 Noon, in the second floor City Hall Meeting Room, 416 Walnut, Yankton, South Dakota.

            The following item shall be on the Agenda:

1. To set June 14, 2010, at 7:00 P.M., at the Regional Technical Education Center as the Public Hearing for a change in boundaries of an on-sale liquor license for  WR Capital I, LLC, d/b/a Minerva’s Grill & Bar, 1607 E Hwy 50, Suite A.

            The above mentioned item and no other shall be discussed at said Special Meeting.
