Establish January 25, 2010, as the date for the public hearing on the request for a Special Events Retail (on-sale) Malt Beverage and a Special Retail (on-sale) Wine Dealers License for one day, January 29, 2010, from XYZ, Inc., Pavilion Center on ASHH Campus, Yankton, S.D.
2. Establishing public hearing for sale of alcoholic beverages
Establish January 25, 2010, as the date for the public hearing on the request for a Special Events Retail (on-sale) Malt Beverage and a Special Retail (on-sale) Wine Dealers License for one day, February 5, 2010, from United Way & Volunteer Services, National Field Archery Association, 800 Archery Lane, Yankton, S.D.
3. Establish Public hearing for Malt Beverage License
Establish January 25, 2010, as the date for the public hearing on the New Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage License for July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, from Walgreen Company, (Gregory Wasson, President) d/b/a Walgreens #09806, 2020 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, S.D
4. Establish Public hearing for Retail On-Off Sale Wine License
Establish January 25, 2010, as the date for the public hearing on the New Retail (on-off sale) Wine License for January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010, from Walgreen Company, (Gregory Wasson, President) d/b/a Walgreens #09806, 2020 Broadway Avenue, Yankton, S.D.
5. Permission for Alcoholic Beverages
Consideration of a request from Marilyn Obr to carry in and serve alcoholic beverages at the Dakota Territorial Capitol Building for a Christmas party on December 26, 2010
6. Assessment Roll; Alley project, set public hearing
Consideration of Memorandum #10-02 and Resolution #10-01, recommending that February 8, 2010, be established as the date for a public hearing on the special assessment roll for Assessment Project to Pave the North-South Alley between Linn St. and Locust St. from 7th Street to 8th Street
7. Assessment Roll; Construction Improvements, set public hearing
Consideration of Memorandum #10-03 and Resolution #10-02, recommending that February 8, 2010, be established as the date for a public hearing on the special assessment roll for Assessment Project to construct improvements for Douglas Avenue from Anna Street to 31st Street

Consideration of Memorandum #10-05, regarding Multiple Listing Service Agreements for City Owned Commercial and Industrial Property
5. Sir Charles Apartments Approval
Consideration of Memorandum #10-06 recommending approval of Resolution #10-03 granting the owner’s permission to alter, repair, repaint and undertake construction activities affecting the exterior and façade of the Sir Charles Apartments located at 118 East Third Street
